Red Front Baking Powder Tin
Early 1900’s Red Front Baking Powder tin with lithograph printed label. This was from the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. out of New York and New Jersey, which began in 1859 but was the largest grocery retailer in the US from 1915-1975. The label is torn throughout and has discoloration, as pictured, but most of the design is preserved and intact. The tin is empty and the lid can be removed. This would be a great addition to any advertising, packaging or ephemera collection.
